Drew Blyth Barrymore (born February 22, 1975) is an American actress and film producer. She is the youngest member of the Barrymore family of American actors. She first appeared in a film when she was eleven months old. Barrymore made her screen debut in Altered States in 1980. Afterwards, she starred in her breakout role in E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial. She quickly became one of Hollywood's most recognized child actresses, going on to establish herself in mainly comic roles.

Drew has a reported six tattoos on her body currently - but she does not rule out the possibility of getting more. While most people know about five of her tattoos, one of them is a name tattoo that is not often talked of - it is the name of her former boyfriend James Walters, underneath a guardian angel. Nevertheless, six tattoos were enough to get Drew a number three ranki on Vanishing Tattoo's list of the top 10 women with tats. Drew's butterfly is her most famous tat.
Barrymore's tattoos include:
• Hip - Drew's hip tattoo is of a bouquet of flowers, on her left side.
• Stomach - the tattoo on Drew's stomach is of a butterfly, and it is perhaps her most well known tattoo. Done in simple black, it helps to accentuate her curves.
• Toe - the smallest of Drew Barrymore's tattoos is on her toe, a small black crescent moon.
• Lower Right Leg - Cross tattoos are extremely popular, and Drew's version is unique - it is a cross done in a very stylized way, along with vines surrounding the image.
• Lower Back - this is the location of two angels - one with Drew's mother's name, "Jaid", and one with her former boyfriend's name tattooed underneath. .
