#80 - Sam Talbot (Chef, December 27th, 1977)

Sizzlin' Sam Talbot, executive chef of The Surf Lodge in Montauk, NY, can cook us breakfast in bed anytime. We're not so secretly hoping he's looking for an opportunity to practice his french... toast. Now that's service with a smile! Born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, and recognized for his appearances on Bravo Television's Top Chef, Sam Talbot's smooth southern charm contributes to his passion for creating memorable culinary moments. This hard-working hunk was recently voted sexiest chef in New York City. Got your fires burning yet? There's more, Sam also has a few pieces of ink, a Japanese wave with cherry blossoms and a religious themed homage to his late father who was an amateur chef. Recently, Sam also shared this tattoo tidbit: "I have a passion for tattoos – my mom and I share one that says, "eterno amore uniti per sempre,” which means “eternal love united for always." >> pictures

#79 - Jackson Rathbone (Actor, December 21, 1984)

Another tasty 'bite' on our list is Jackson Rathbone, an American actor who is recently best known for playing Jasper Hale in the vampiric box office smash, Twilight. Although fictional, vampires are beautiful, alluring creatures that have secured their rank in popular culture by cultivating supernatural sex appeal. Jackson's sense of style and mystique allowed him to fall into his Twilight role seamlessly. Jackson only has one tattoo at the moment but plans to add more to his collection over the years. When he was 18, he got a tattoo to commemorate his high school boys club with the statement, "I'm lost". This tattoo pays tribute to a crew of trouble-makers which were charmingly known as the "Lost Boys" by fellow students and teachers. #78 - Diddy (Musician, Producer November 4th, 1969)

Sean John, Puff Daddy, Puffy, P.Diddy and finally just plain old DIddy. Let's pray he doesn't start calling himself, The Artist Formally Known As... For all of his stage name A.D.D., Diddy has played a crucial part of the pop culture framework in the last fifteen years. He raps, he produces, he acts, designs clothing, and the list goes on. Put it this way, in 2006, Chicago mayor Richard Daley gave Diddy the key to the city and inaugurated October 13th as "Diddy Day". We're totally serious. Diddy is an attractive man who has it all, a cool stylish swagger, a taste for adventure and the drive to make his dreams come true. Every day is a celebration for Diddy, the champagne flows like water and we want an invitation! Diddy has a smattering of skin art which pay respect to friends, family, and religion. "Bad Boy" is written on his right arm and a crucifix decorates his left arm. Diddy also has a neck tattoo that reads: "God's Child", which represents the role that religion plays in his life. #77 - Nick 13 (Musician, Tiger Army, Birthdate Unknown, 1975)

Like your boys with an flair for the nostalgic? Kearney Nick Jones, aka Nick 13, the lead singer and guitarist of psychobilly band, Tiger Army, is a dashing fella, with personal style straight outta the 50's. Nick is a gentleman and believes in all those romantic old-timey things, like chivalry, drive-in movies and slow dances. Sigh. Visions of sugarplums dance in our heads. The mysterious Mr. 13 has also been associated with cult film director David Lynch and recently made a cameo appearance in Lynch's feature film, Inland Empire. Nick respected his father's wishes and did not get tattooed until 18 years old. His first tattoo was a celtic arm band, which he find amusing, now that his body is dipped head to toe in traditional American symbology; stars, spider-webs, swallows, hearts, roses, banners, tigers, and skulls. >> pictures

#76 - Alex O'Loughlin (Australian Actor, August 24th, 1975)

Alex O'Loughlin, an Australian Actor, is best known for his detective vampire role in the CBS Series, Moonlight. Yet another dark and mysterious vampire entry on our list, seeing a pattern here? Supernatural = Sexy. Alex also received a boost in celebrity status when he was considered for the role of James Bond in 2005, but ultimately that part went to Daniel Craig. Currently Alex has a handful of tattoos, a tribal lower back tattoo, a shield on his upper arm (which is based on the H.R. Giger piece, Illuminatus II) and a small lizard on his chest. Our loyal readers will be satisfied to know that Alex recently split from long term girl, Holly Varlance. Run along and go put on your Sunday best and impress. >> pictures

Do you have the flu? Maybe a fever? Time to make up an excuse to visit the doctor! Well, not just any doctor, but Shane West, actor and resident star in the long running TV series, ER. Shane has been faithfully prescribing heart flutters to his on screen patients and the audience wants that 'miracle drug' as well! Shane leads a busy lifestyle, actor by day, and musician by night. After sunset, Shane sings in his own punk rock band called Johnny Was and is rumored to be romantically involved with Marilyn Manson's ex-girlfriend Evan Rachel Wood. Shane has a tattoo on his chest that says Satori, which in Zen Buddhism is a phase that means sudden enlightenment, or awakening. He also appears to have a wolf tattoo encircled by a full moon on his left bicep. >> pictures

Before starring as Dr. Karev on Grey's Anatomy, Justin Chambers got his start in the entertainment industry by modeling for Calvin Klein Jeans and Fragrances. Justin Chambers has an charming intensity about him, he's a quieter celebrity type, soft spoken in the public eye and family oriented. Did you know that Justin has a twin brother?! Say what? There are TWO of them? Justin, we know you're happily married with five children and everything, but if your brother needs some company, please make sure we're the first to know! Justin Chambers is the owner of several script styled tattoos, all paying tribute to his wife, children and his appreciation for the journey of life. #73 - Eminem (Rapper, October 17th, 1972)

If your kink is the excitement of drama, drugs and violence... then Em is your knight in shining armor. America's enfant terrible of the hip hop world is on a mission to insult, offend and dominate as many people in his wake. If you want to get involved with that kind of chaos, by all means go ahead! Fast talking rhyme slinger, Marshall Mathers, aka Eminem is a rapper, record producer and actor, that quickly gained popularity for his clever analysis of pop culture via hip hop rhymes and his association with Dr.Dre. We think his photogenic good looks definitely helped that momentum too. Eminem has many tattoos that symbolize the vitality and brevity of life. One tattoo is a portrait of his daughter, Hailie Jade, with some surrounding roses. It also has the words "Bonnie & Clyde" below, which is a song dedicated to Hailie from the The Slim Shady LP. >> pictures

Often seen strutting shirtless in concert, and shaking his hips like a new wave Elvis, Dave Gahan, lead singer of synth-pop stronghold, Depeche Mode radiates confidence and onstage charisma. Despite his current clean cut image, Dave had a dark past, which led him down the road of rock 'n' roll chaos and drug problems. Dave has long been a collector of tattoos and some of his ink marks the process of rebirth, his relationships and freedom from drug addiction. #71 - Adrian Pasdar (Actor, April 30th, 1965)

Adrian Pasdar is a debonaire American actor and film director, known for playing John Profit on the subversive, and unfortunately short-lived series, Profit. Adrian became an actor after a high school vehicle accident sidelined his hopes at starting a football career. Early in his career, he appeared in well know films, such as Top Gun and cult vampire movie, Near Dark. Profit's dark themes were considered ahead of its time and paved the way for other edgier TV shows such as Nip/Tuck and Dexter. Adrian has a tattoo of an anchor with his children's names on his arm and the Chinese character for Strength which he received while filming Shanghai 1920. >> pictures
