There once was a time that models would never think of marking their bodies with tattoos and body art. They were afraid it would reflect "badly" on their character or the product they were being hired to promote or sell.

Today we get Super Models the likes of Christy Turlington, Stephanie Seymour, Amber Smith, Carrie Otis, Amy Wesson and Kate Moss among many others who have one or more tattoos.

To be fair, a lot of models get their tattoos covered with body make up when doing photo shoots. But that doesn't stop them from expressing themselves through the personal markings they chose to place on their skin when they are on their own time.
