The soldier boys from Transformers are back. Now Tyrese Gibson and Josh Duhamel lead the NEST team, rounding up rogue Decepticons with Autobot assistance. When The Fallen returns to earth, the NSA threatens to shut down NEST, but this is an action movie. The boys defy orders to get the job done.

How did the military training differ from the first film?

The first one we had a few days out in Fort Irwin and the second time we just sort of jumped into it. I was in New York and we just sort of had a bit of a refresher course but there are military advisors. Harry Humphries is out there. There's a number of people from all facets of the military and I think that we both took a lot of pride in trying to represent the military as closely as we could. I've got a lot of friends in the military, an Aunt over in Iraq so that was my main focus was to try to represent them all and make them proud. And if we didn't, they would let us know, believe me.

What were your favorite memories of making the movie?

My favorite scene in the movie was throwing the National Security Advisor off the plane. But that's the most fun I had. It was just a fun scene to do and there was a nice little stunt involved. That was probably my most memorable, that or the gigantic bomb that went off.

What sort of workout did you have for the film?

Honestly, you're out there literally sweatin' all day long and you don't have a lot of energy, running in the sand. Tyrese and I worked out a little bit.

Together?

It was more of a personal competition. Yeah, he would spot me and I would spot him. What's the big deal? Honestly, before we started the first one, I remember Michael told me, "Come ready. Be in shape, I demand a lot of my male actors especially in these movies." So I did, I just tried to be as strong and ready to go as I could.

Would you want to work with the Department of Defense again?

I would. I love it. They were great to work with. I think that's a question, Michael has a great relationship with them. I think that's why. - www.craveonline.com
